Project 36: Warm & Cool Colours

Continuing on with the colour theme, here I am trying to seperate out warm & cool colours, and then also produce a photo which has both warm & cool colours but in a contrasting fashion.

Photo 1: Warm Colours.
Evening light at Aberlady Bay. The sun was just setting and the light lovely rich and warm. The colours are quite muted in this photo but are very evocative of warmth.

Photo 2: Cool Colours
Sheep, grass, ruin & water, Iona, Isle of Mull. The blues and greens along with the ruins and sheep give off a cool feel to this photo.
70mm, f/13, 1/250s, ISO200

Photo 3: Warm contrasting with Cool
I don't often photograph people, but this couple looked really lovely walking down the road in Edinburghs Old Town that I thought I would make an exception. The light was quite cool as it was in shadow from the buildings. The red t-shirt and warm coloured dress contrast with the cool light and the background blue shop-fronts.
